HomeStorify provides shipping services to addresses within the United States. All orders will be processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and official holidays.

Standard shipping times vary by destination location within the US. Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, size, and delivery address at checkout. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information. We are not responsible for delayed delivery or lost packages caused by incorrect address information you provided.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor delivery status. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by logistics company reasons, natural disasters, or force majeure events. We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods and carriers without prior notice to ensure stable delivery service.
